Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Discounted items and custom-made orders (including personalized products) cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service at info@almerf.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Carefully package the product and include your order number and contact details.

  3. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or damaged.
